Minimum Wholesale Value

standard wholesale order value is $300
all orders less than $300 will be charged a minimum fee of $25 to cover freight and handling
all orders less than $300 must be paid on a proforma basis

Freight Charge Policy

proforma invoices that meet the minimum wholesale value requirements will receive free freight
all invoices placed on account will be charged freight
freight charge will start at $25 and could reach 10% of invoiced value (depending on size of order)
all invoices over $3000 automatically qualify for FIS Australia Wide
sale stock does not qualify for any free freight deals
some exceptions do apply, please contact head office for info on group buying programs

30 Day Accounts

30 day accounts will only be considered for existing customers
as soon as an account becomes overdue, the facility is suspended and no further stock will be issued
penalty rates apply to all overdue accounts

Delivery Time Frames

we endeavour to ship all orders within 3-5 working days
during peak periods (just after Trade Fairs and pre Christmas) 5-10 working days
orders will be packed & shipped in the same sequence we receive them
